“Alright. Let’s head to the Bode 33rd Floor right away.”
“Yes.”
After breakfast, I waited for Roxanne and the others to finish the laundry before immediately warping to the Bode Labyrinth.
As we advanced, three Cape Carps and one Gumi Slime appeared.
On the Bode Labyrinth 33rd Floor, many of the monsters were weak to fire.
First, I focused my mind and cast Fire Storm.
Then, I immediately cast it again.
Embers danced through the air, swarming the monsters.
Wait. Dammit.
I couldn't tell if I had actually succeeded twice.
Had the spell triggered both times, or had it worked once while the second attempt did nothing? It wasn't as if the volume of sparks would suddenly double just because I had cast it twice.
Once the flames vanished, I mentally triggered a third Fire Storm.
If the previous attempt hadn't worked, this would be the second.
I watched the embers manifest and waited for them to start thinning out before unleashing a fourth shot.
