It had been quite a while since I last spoke with you. My name was Ryo Yuuki.
I was incredibly grateful to everyone who picked up this third volume!
I also wanted to take this opportunity to thank everyone who supported me, as the second volume received a simultaneous reprint along with the first!
This third volume was filled with lively content, including characters who didn't appear in the Kakuyomu version and brand-new plot developments. As you might have seen from the beautiful color spread provided by Nakamura-sensei, there were several significant new additions, and it was a joy for me to work on this with such a fresh mindset!
Because I continued writing until the very last moment, the third volume ended up being even thicker than the second. When I lined up the sample copies, I was surprised myself to see that the thickness increased from the first volume to the second, and then again with this third volume.
I already had many more stories I wanted to tell in the next installment—

Thanks to the support of all my readers, the release of the fourth volume was officially decided!
In that fourth volume, of course, there was no way that Ren would lead a normal student life at the academy. It featured his interactions with Lithia and Fiona, their blossoming feelings, and the formation of new relationships. Alongside Ren’s most impressive feats to date, there was plenty of exclusive content for the book version, and new adventures awaited him!

“Maybe so. Trying to fight away from the spotlight is certainly like us.”
I was currently preparing the fourth volume to ensure it was just as substantial as the last! Details would eventually be announced through Dengeki Official, my Twitter account, and other channels, so I hoped everyone would look forward to it.
Additionally, the second volume of the manga adaptation was released in July. Since the first volume was also reprinted, I wanted to extend my thanks to everyone who supported the series as a whole!
With that, it was a bit of a hectic time, but I wished to offer my acknowledgments once again.
Nakamura-sensei provided a spectacular array of illustrations for the third volume as well. Every time I saw a new piece, my heart leaped, and I spent my days eagerly anticipating the finished product! Nakamura-sensei, thank you as always!
I was also deeply indebted to my two editors for their immense support. My thanks also went out to the designers, the sales staff, everyone involved in the bookbinding process, and everyone who helped deliver this book to the readers.
