"No. As the God of this world, I hereby declare that I do not permit your participation in my Super WIN System."
"What?! Why not?!"
"Because there would be no end to it. Use of this system is restricted solely to those who are Kaito-san's lovers. Mothers are excluded."
"Wh-What?! That’s absurd! Such a blatant injustice cannot be allowed to stand... Urgh, then why? Why would you even bring this up to me in the first place...?"
The method Shallow Vernal had devised to enjoy the Hydra Kingdom Founding Anniversary Festival with Kaito was nothing short of revolutionary in Eden's eyes. Had Shallow Vernal allowed it, Eden could have made use of it as well.
However, the permission of this world's God, Shallow Vernal, was mandatory. With her firm refusal, Eden had to admit that carrying out the plan on her own would be nearly impossible.

Eden’s expression soured as Shallow Vernal struck her right where it hurt. Although she was a God of another world with immense power, she could not exert large-scale influence over Trinia—such as world alteration—out of consideration for Shallow Vernal.
From her perspective, it was only logical and somewhat unavoidable to follow Shallow Vernal’s lead and act within the boundaries she established. However, being accused of piggybacking left her with no room for an argument.
"...I understand. I shall give up for today. However, assuming My Beloved Child and I develop a deeper relationship in the future, that would mean I am free to use this plan, correct?"
"Indeed. If you become Kaito-san's lover, I shall grant you permission."

Eden maintained her stance that she was Kaito’s mother, but if the role of a lover was required to dote on Kaito to her heart’s content, she was willing to consider attaining it.
