I started by introducing everyone to Til-san. As each of them gave their own self-introduction, she responded with a bright, cheerful smile.
The most delighted among us was, naturally, Sieg-san, who had been longing for a chance to meet the Seven Princesses. The moment the greetings were finished, she reached into her magic box and produced… an autograph board.
"U-Um, Tiltania-sama!"
"Hae? What is it? Also, you can just call me Til, okay?"
"T-Then, Til-sama… U-Um, this may be presumptuous of me, but… c-could I please have your autograph!"
"Aya? Til's autograph? Sure thing! It's no trouble at all."
As Sieg-san made her request while holding out the board, Til-san readily agreed and reached for it.
"…Ah, but if possible, I’d like you to hold it facing me."
Given her small size, Til-san seemed to find it difficult to take the board and write on it herself. Instead, she had Sieg-san hold it steady while she scribbled her signature onto the surface.
As expected of a Six Kings' Executive, Til-san was quite the celebrity; she looked well-practiced in the art of signing.
…Setting that aside, when on earth did Sieg-san prepare an autograph board?
Lilia-san seemed to be wondering the same thing, as she turned to Luna-san to ask.
"…Why is Sieg carrying autograph boards around?"
"It seems she prepared them in hopes of meeting the Seven Princesses during this Harmonic Symphony."
Talk about being well-prepared. Or rather, was she so certain we would meet them that she brought boards along? Well, given that we had encountered one mere seconds after entering the city, I suppose her intuition had been spot on.
While I was pondering this, Til-san finished her signature and turned toward me.
"By the way, Kaito-kun-san, is this everyone's first time at the Harmonic Symphony?"
"Yes, it’s the first time for all of us."
"I see! In that case, Til will tell you all about it!"
"I’d appreciate that, but are you sure you have the time?"
When we first spotted her, Til-san had been flying at incredible speed. As an executive on the organizing side, I figured she must be busy. Indeed, she had mentioned earlier that she could only talk for "a little while."
In response to my concern, Til-san pulled out a small pocket watch, checked the time, and flashed a brilliant, sunny smile.
"A little longer is fine!"
"I see. Then, could you give us a brief overview?"
"Yes! The Harmonic Symphony is a festival where singing, musical performances, and dancing take place all over Yugfressia. You can just watch, or if you apply at any of the reception desks found throughout the city, you can get a space right away to perform or sing yourself."
"So it really is a massive celebration of music."
I committed the information to memory, feeling soothed by the sheer cuteness of Til-san’s energetic explanation.
"They even rent out soundproofing magic tools so you don't have to worry about your music interfering with others nearby! Also, while there aren't any special festival stalls, all the shops in Yugfressia are open as usual, so you can visit them whenever you like!"
"I see, I see… By the way, are you participating in anything, Til-san?"
"Yes! We Seven Princesses are each hosting our own events. Til is going to hold a concert with her fairy friends, so Kaito-kun-san and everyone else, please, please come see us!"
"I will. I'll make sure to drop by; I'm looking forward to the performance."
I had suspected as much, but it seemed the Seven Princesses were indeed putting on their own shows. Knowing Erial-san, hers would likely be a dance.
Given the scale of the Harmonic Symphony, it was unlikely they were all performing in one central location. To avoid massive crowd congestion, the Seven Princesses were probably stationed in different areas.
Thinking of Sieg-san, it would probably be a good idea to plan a route so we could visit each of their performances in turn…
"The grand theme of the Harmonic Symphony is dialogue with nature! Through song and dance, we converse with nature, and people of various races and many individuals naturally… n-naturally…"
"Hmm?"
Til-san had been speaking with a confident expression, but she suddenly faltered. Looking a bit flustered, she reached into a rift that appeared in the air and pulled out what looked like a small note.
"…I want everyone to have a strong awareness that we coexist with nature! That is why I want you to pay close attention not just to the music, but to the abundance of nature throughout Yugfressia!"
…It seemed that note was a cue card. Til-san finished her speech and looked quite proud of herself, which was incredibly adorable.
However, a moment later, her eyes went wide as if she had just remembered something.
"Ah, look at the time! I’m sorry, Kaito-kun-san, everyone! Til’s friends are waiting, so she has to go now. Let’s meet again later!"
"Ah, right. Thank you for telling us so much."
"Don't mention it! Make sure you come see the performance later!! Bye-bye~!"
"Ah, Til-san…"
"See you later~!"
"…Wait… I didn't get to ask where the performance is being held…"
My words failed to reach her as she flew off with great momentum. H-Hmm. Well, she did say there were reception desks all over the city, so I suppose I could just ask someone there.
Serious-senpai: "Now then, the point of interest here is whether Kaito and the others will meet all of the Seven Princesses during the Harmonic Symphony… While it’s a given that they’ll meet the remaining three whom Sieg hasn't met yet, what’s going to happen with Camellia, Rosmiel, and Jutia, whom he's already encountered?"
???: "Hmm, given that they’re also scheduled to meet Eingana-san and the others, meeting absolutely everyone might be overkill. Won't they just catch up with those three during the tea party? He did say they were going to see the performances, so they'll probably attend, but whether they'll actually have a full conversation is another matter."
Serious-senpai: "And just like that, an encounter with the Eingana and Needsveld duo has been confirmed."
