The Angel Race
They were highly capable, to the point of being worshipped within the Garlet Kingdom. They had historically served as advisors to the kingdom's leadership, but recently, they relocated to the Village of the Great Tree to protect the World Tree sapling. The race consisted entirely of women. Interestingly, while their bodies never gained weight, their wings certainly could. Outside of the Garlet Kingdom, they generally suffered from a poor reputation. In the distant past, they had referred to themselves as the "God-kin," though that term was now strictly forbidden. They had also once held the Sun Castle under their dominion.
Malbit

- Notes: Despite her flighty and somewhat absent-minded demeanor, she was a decisive leader when it counted. She was a regular chess partner of Kuroyon.
Kierbit
- Role: Former Shrine Maiden of the Garlet Kingdom
- Location: The Royal Capital Academy or the Royal Castle of the Demon Kingdom
- Duty: Serving as an assistant to Torain
- Notes: She was currently operating under a disguise. She moved to the capital specifically to target Torain, one of the Village Head's sons. She was far more talented and capable than she initially appeared.
Ruincia
- Role: Chief Assistant

- Duty: Serving as Malbit's second-in-command
- Marital Status: Married

- Notes: She struggled with verbal communication when speaking with her daughter, though she was highly proficient in "wing-talk."
Tia
- Alias: The Annihilation Angel

- Duty: Representative of the Angel Race within the village
- Spouse: Hiraku (The Village Head)
- Children: Tiselle and Aurora
- Notes: One of the original residents of the Village of the Great Tree and a skilled Golem user. While she thrived in individual duels, she disliked large-scale group combat. She found the administrative task of leading her race to be quite tedious. She considered Lu to be her primary rival.
Tiselle

- Notes: She often felt overwhelmed by the Angel Race's negative public image. She was a Golem user, though she was limited to summoning a single construct that required her to be in physical contact with the ground. She worked tirelessly for Hiraku's benefit.

- Notes: A prominent member of the Angel Race's Moderate Faction. She also served as a surrogate parent for Kudel and Corone.

- Notes: Twin sister to Suarkou. She was deeply invested in comedy and was currently agonizing over whether to take the role of the "funny man" or the "straight man." Her pregnancy was recently confirmed.
Suarkou

- Duty: Assistant to Tia and responsible for the village's aerial security

- Notes: Twin sister to Suarliu. She shared her sister's passion for comedy, though her current dilemma involved deciding which side of the stage she should stand on. Her pregnancy was recently confirmed.
Reginleiv

- Duty: Serving as the Village Head's personal guard
- Marital Status: Single (she simply never met the right person)
- Notes: The Supreme Elder of her race. For a time, her sleep cycles lasted for several years at a stretch. Since moving to the Village of the Great Tree, her schedule returned to a normal rhythm. She was exceptionally powerful. She once had an older sister named Skuld, who was a high-ranking angel in ancient times.

- Notes: A veteran who was nearly on par with the elders. She was a bit of a playboy. While she lacked top-tier combat strength, her mental fortitude was incredibly resilient.
