  • Kai Heinemann: The protagonist of this work. After receiving the Gift [World's Most Incompetent] during his Divine Revelation at age thirteen, he was treated with cold disdain by everyone around him. Originally a kind-hearted boy, he was swallowed by a mysterious dungeon and trained for 100,000 years, emerging as a bona fide monster utterly devoid of common sense who stirs up chaos and turmoil across the realm.

  • Lena Grot: Kai's childhood friend, an adorable girl with shoulder-length red hair. After receiving the Sword Saint Gift through Divine Revelation, she was forced by the Holy Amelia Kingdom's government to reside in the royal capital. She is currently dispatched to the Neutral Academic City Babel.

  • Laila Helner: Kai's childhood friend and the only daughter of a prestigious greatsword dojo in Lamoor. Formerly his fiancée, the engagement was annulled shortly after Kai's Gift turned out to be [World's Most Incompetent]. A striking beauty with long, wavy blonde hair.

  • Roman Heinemann: Kai's cousin, a handsome youth from the branch house. Harboring feelings for Laila, he snaps and picks a fight with Kai at every turn. A Spear King Gift Holder.

  • Keith Steinberg: Kai's tall childhood friend. A Grand Mage Gift Holder. One of the few people whose attitude toward Kai never changed, even after finding out Kai's Gift was complete trash. Like Lena, he is currently dispatched to Babel.

  • Riku: Once the rising hope of the Heinemann Sword Style, his defeat by Kai at the Sacred Martial Arts Tournament made him realize the overwhelming gulf between their abilities. Revering Kai as a War God, he is currently undergoing rigorous training to earn his acknowledgment.

★ Count Kusar's Faction

  • Ketzer Kusar: A count affiliated with the Gilbert faction. A grotesque, corpulent man with a toad-like face. A depraved scoundrel whose sick pleasure was tormenting crying women. After walking straight into Kai's trap and making a complete fool of himself, he was tortured and executed.

  • Caesar: A former member of the Holy King Mage Knights, a man of massive build. After ruthlessly butchering civilians without cause during a mission, he was punished by Lucas, leaving the left half of his face a mangled, burned mess. He abandoned the order and trained relentlessly to exact revenge on Lucas, joining Ruby to attack the Wind Cats where Lucas resided, only to be slain in retaliation by Lucas himself. Immediately afterward, he was reanimated as an undead by Ruby.

  • Ruby: A top-tier summoner who graduated from the World Mage Academy Babel. An unkempt, bearded man in navy-blue robes. He summoned the Deimos Lich, but upon Girimehkala's intervention, he was incinerated in an instant by the subordinate Ifrit and perished.

He took part in the operation to suppress the Wind Cats, but was encircled and captured alongside his summoned Armored Dragon. As for what happened next... (I'll leave that to your imagination.
