If you dump everything into Strength, your body won't be able to handle your own power, causing your muscles and tendons to tear. You'll lose all sense of how to regulate your force and won't be able to move properly. Also, if you specialize purely in Agility, you'll end up sprinting face-first into walls. Forget fighting normally—you won't even be able to get around, and you'll be completely screwed.

The problem is, even if you max out those other three besides Intelligence, you'll lack Attack Power and won't be able to kill monsters once you descend to the lower floors. And even if you specialize in Intelligence, you ultimately hit the same wall. You won't have the speed or reflexes to react to monster movements, and you'll just get killed in one hit.
