It was 4:20 PM Hourai Island Time, which translated to 2:00 PM in Kaina Village.
Jin, Elsa, Reiko, and Edgar traveled to Nidou Castle Square, Jin's base of operations in Kaina Village, aboard the Konron 3.
"Now then, I wonder if Barrow and Belle are here?"
After they had decided on their voluntary retirement, Jin had granted them a leave of absence as a grace period to decide on their next steps.
About a month had passed since then. They had likely reached a conclusion by now.
"Ah, Jin-sama!"
"S-Sorry for the delay!"
Barrow came running toward them, literally clattering as he ran.
"There’s no need to be in such a rush," Jin said with a wry smile.
"I-I couldn’t possibly... Ah! That’s right!"
"W-What is it?"
Seeing Barrow so flustered, Jin braced himself, wondering if some kind of trouble had occurred.
"U-Um, congratulations on your marriage!"
"O-Oh, right. Thank you."
Just then, Belle arrived as well.
"Honestly, Barrow! What are you doing, just standing around talking outside?...Jin-sama, Elsa-sama, congratulations on your wedding!"
She was strict with Barrow but perfectly pleasant toward Jin and Elsa. Belle was proving herself to be quite a social chameleon.
"I have been informed of today's schedule."
Jin was holding a meeting with Barrow and Belle in the third-floor office of Jin Castle.
"I see. That makes things simple, then."
It seemed they had received the information from Laojun via the Butler units.
"We intend to tour the village using the horseless carriage known as the 'automobile.' Barrow and Belle, I want you to follow along on Golem horses."
"Yes, sir!"
"Understood."
In addition, Golem Maid No. 101, who was stationed at Jin Castle, and Butler B and C would also be joining them.
Since it was a parade, it was only natural to have a large group of participants.
"The route after leaving Jin Castle will be..."
Jin went over the general arrangements.

The cheering grew louder and louder as it approached.

"Congratulations, Elsa-neechan!"
"I wish you both happiness!"
"About time, you rascal! Don't you dare make Elsa-chan cry!"
The entire village had turned out to congratulate them, offering words of blessing and cheers. The children were even throwing flowers.
"Onii-chan, congratulations!"
When the automobile carrying Jin and Elsa reached the front of Martha’s house, Hanna shouted her congratulations with all her might.
Jin and Elsa heard her, caught her eye, and gave her a warm wave.
"Wow, Onee-chan is so pretty."
A line of villagers followed behind Jin's automobile.
Hanna also began to walk, joining the group of children in the crowd.
"Jin-niichan, congratulatiooons!"
"Elsa-neechan, congratulatiooons!"
"Jin, congratulations! Take good care of Elsa-chan!"
"Don't you go making her cry!"
Everyone was shouting their blessings from the bottom of their hearts.

While part of her was overjoyed, Hanna couldn't help but feel a twinge of loneliness.
The parade circled the village once before returning to Jin Castle.
From there, the festivities moved straight into the banquet.
To start things off, Village Chief Giebeck offered a few words on behalf of the village.
"Jin, Elsa-san, congratulations on your wedding. All the villagers pray that the two of you will be together forever."
It was only a single sentence, but Jin and Elsa felt it held more heart than if he had spent ten thousand words.
The banquet featured dishes made from various ingredients sourced from many different countries.
"Jin, congratulations. You've finally got a family of your own, eh? Good luck."
"Yes. Thank you, Rock-san."
Since the banquet was an informal affair today, everyone came up to Jin to exchange a word or two before heading back to the party.
"Elsa-chan, look, my baby has grown so much."
"Oh, he's adorable."
Patty arrived carrying Henry, who had been born last June. It had been a difficult labor, but thanks to the efforts of Sally-sensei and Elsa, both mother and child were healthy.
"Next time, it'll be Elsa-chan's turn."
"E-Eh? A-Uh..."
Elsa still had very little resistance to that sort of topic.
"Congratulations, Jin. From now on, you have to be even more dependable and protect Elsa-chan."
"Yes, Martha-san."
"Elsa, if there's something you want to say, say it clearly. Bottling things up is the worst thing you can do."
"Yes, Sally-sensei."
The villagers continued to visit Jin and Elsa in turn, one after another.
